About Me
The Full Story
I’ve been fascinated by people and inner experience for as long as I can remember. Even as a child, I was a quiet observer — drawn to psychology, spirituality, meditation and healing, and curious about what shapes us beneath the surface.
As an adult, that curiosity led me to formal study in beauty therapy, homoeopathy and nutritional therapy, alongside a lifelong interest in emotional wellbeing and personal development. For over 20 years I also ran my own retail jewellery businesses, all the while continuing to read, learn, and follow developments in holistic health and self-help.
For many years I felt drawn to hypnotherapy, but like many people, life was full — family, business, responsibility. When the time finally felt right, I made space for the training, and it immediately felt like coming home.
What I love most about hypnotherapy is its gentleness and effectiveness. Change can happen surprisingly quickly, without the need to relive or analyse everything in detail. I see my role as a facilitator — creating a safe, calm space in which clients reconnect with their own inner resources. Time and again, I’m moved by the clarity, strength, and healing people find within themselves.
My work is grounded, compassionate, and client-led. I believe that meaningful change doesn’t come from being “fixed”, but from remembering your own capacity for insight, choice, and change.
